This one's different 🔥
Michael Reimer spent 30 years as a firefighter. He trained rescue teams around the world. He was at Ground Zero after 9/11. He built a company with 300 employees, while still working his day job.
But he was gone 300 days a year. And it was eating his family alive.
So he walked away from the money. Started over. Built a marine business working on mega yachts for celebrities. Then stumbled into High Level and AI four years ago and now he's built over 2,500 voice AI agents for agencies and businesses all over the world.
Oh and the best part? His son Brian works with him now, every single day. Side by side.
In this episode you'll learn:
👉 Why he shut down a company making serious money (and what almost happened before he did)
👉 How he went from zero AI knowledge to 2,500 agents in four years
👉 The real reason most people can't sell voice AI and how he fixed his offer
👉 Why hiring VAs is way harder than people think
👉 His take on shiny object syndrome and why it's really just fear of launching
👉 The jealousy story that almost destroyed his career (and how he fought back for two years)
👉 What it's like working with his son every day after years of being gone
👉 His advice to younger founders
If you're grinding right now and wondering if it's worth it  or if you're scared you're missing out on time with your family while you build, this conversation will hit home.

This one got heavy real quick 😳
Nuno moved to the US at five years old. Didn't meet his dad until that day. His mom didn't speak English. They ended up sleeping in a small Volkswagen in one of the most dangerous cities in America. His mom cried every night.
Years later he swore he'd never become an entrepreneur because he watched his dad fail at business over and over again. So he went corporate. Worked his way up. Bank of America. Capital One. Three hour commute each way. Repaired cell phones in a suit and tie on the side just to make extra cash.
Then his wife looked at him and said "I didn't sign up to be a single parent."
So he sat on the bed with his six year old son and started crying. Told him "daddy's about to do something crazy and if I fail you I'm sorry." His son looked at him and said "dad I believe in you. It's gonna be okay."
That broke him even more. But he jumped.
Now he runs four businesses, a coaching company, a marketing agency, a staffing agency, and an Airbnb with three kids and his wife. The thing that drives him every single day? The fear of his family ever sleeping in a car again.

In this episode you'll learn:

👉 Why growing up in the projects actually gave him something most entrepreneurs don't have
👉 The evil genius cold calling hazing story that changed how he handles rejection forever
👉 How he and his wife tag team parenting when they're both burned out
👉 Why he pulls his kids out of school to travel with him (and what happened when they got a virus overseas)
👉 The "sixth gear" trick his wife uses when everything's falling apart
👉 Why he talks to his kids like adults and the exact parenting framework they use for consequences
👉 The real conversation he had with his wife before going full entrepreneur
👉 His advice on not trading time for money (even though he almost did exactly that)

If you're a parent trying to build something while being present for your kids,  this one's gonna hit you right in the chest.
